What if you just leave? Not loudly, not dramatically, but quietly, almost by chance, one intersection at a time. No goodbye, no explanation. Just an almost intangible vanishing. I often hear stories about people who one day simply stood up, got in their car, and never came home again.

But what precedes such a decision to leave? What are the doubts and fears that have long remained unspoken? This disappearance, this silent form of violence, is brutal and hard to bear. Suddenly, nothing is certain for the other person anymore. Everything becomes negotiable, and partners turn into liars, love into manipulation. Yet one cannot escape one's responsibilities. It always finds you. The film depicts that moment in which someone leaves without knowing why, putting everything at stake. Inspired by Jean Cocteau's La Voix Humaine, the story is told consistently from a single perspective: we see only him, we hear only him. And with that, the pause, the gap, becomes the film's driving force for tension.
